Going to an Ontario resort, or a favourite resort destination North of
Toronto is an annual event for many couples and families. Many American
guests make an annual pilgrimage to Ontario’s Resort Country for
the fishing and value on the dollar. The question “Where are you
going for your annual vacation?” when answered “to our favourite
Ontario resort”, can mean anything from a fishing resort, skiing
resort, snowmobile resort, cottage resort, summer resort, winter resort
or spa resort, to a golfing resort, or a full
service family resort with lots of children’s activities and programs.
Swimming and relaxing are two of the most important summer activities,
where skiing, snow tubing, and snowmobiling are preferred winter activities.
Long weekends are favorite resort vacation times starting with the May
24 Weekend or July 1st Canada Day weekend.

property usually in a block of 5 weeks.
